Nomen’s brief was to research and create a name which reflects its Mediterranean origins and a range of authentic, olive-based products and original recipes. Premium but affordable Mediterranean food for retail and catering use across Europe.
Based on “bel azur” (French for “beautiful azure”), Belazu evokes the blue skies of the Mediterranean countryside. It is in keeping with the core essence and proposition of the brand: premium quality, contemporary, Mediterranean, artisan and terroir.
